G’Day Mates!  Leapin’ lizards!  (as they say Down Under)  Orlando, Florida is one pet friendly place!  There are over 171 hotels that cater to us four footers.  And not only that...there are more dog parks and restaurants with the pup welcome mat rolled out than this Chihuahua can count.

So tell your humans to grab their sunscreens ‘cause we’re headed south for fun in the sun.

Like we said, mates, there’s a pet friendly hotel for every whim and budget in Orlando.  We’ve picked out just a few of our favorites but there’s literally something for everyone in this city.

Budget (and pet) friendly.

As always, double check the hotel's pet policies before booking.  They can change with out notice!

Hungry anyone?  There’s a pet friendly restaurant practically on every corner.

Venezia Bakery & Cafe - Fresh baked breads, sandwiches & breakfast.

Panera Bread At Lake Eola Downtown Orlando - Great location near dog friendly Lake Eola Park

Mates, put on your walkin’ boots ‘cuz you can walk your tail off here.

Dr. Phillips Dog Park - This much-loved fenced dog park includes separate small dog sections, water fountains, and shade trees. Enjoy the lovely views while your pet plays off-leash.

Lake Eola Park  - Although technically not a dog park, the nearly 1-mile walking path around Lake Eola in downtown Orlando, Florida is very pet friendly. There are several dog-related events that take place at Lake Eola each year, and almost any time of the day you'll find pet owners taking their four-legged friends for a walk around the lake. Poop bag dispensers are conveniently located around the lake path so that you can clean up after your pet. In addition to the lake path, visitors can also enjoy the swan boats available for rental by the hour and half hour. There is also an amphitheater where concerts and other events are regularly held, as well as a couple of pet-friendly restaurants next to the lake, which will allow you to dine outdoors with your pooch.
